What kind of RFE you got? What kind of evidence you sent?

USCIS:

12/06/2011 - Married

01/17/2012 - I-130 Sent

01/18/2012 - NOA1 Date

07/30/2012 - NOA2 Email Received (194 Days since NOA1)

NVC:

07/30/2012 - Case arrived at NVC building

08/20/2012 - Received case #, IIN, gave both e-mail addresses

08/20/2012 - E-mailed DS-3032 (used email template & also attached scanned copy)

08/27/2012 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID online

08/28/2012 - AOS bill appears as PAID

08/29/2012 - DS-3032 accepted

08/30/2012 - IV bill invoiced & PAID online

08/31/2012 - IV bill appears as PAID

08/31/2012 - AOS Package sent (via priority mail)

08/31/2012 - IV Package sent (via priority mail)

09/04/2012 - NVC received both packets (due to weekend & labor day holiday)

09/11/2012 - AOS/I-864 accepted

09/17/2012 - RFE for DS-230 ques 30

09/19/2012 - Mailed new DS-230 by overnight mail

09/21/2012 - New DS-230 delivered at NVC

10/01/2012 - IV Package accepted

10/01/2012 - Case Complete

10/02/2012 - Interview date assigned by email

Mumbai Consulate:

10/05/2012 - Medical Done (Got the report on same day)

11/07/2012 - Interview @ Mumbai Consulate (Result: APPROVED)

11/09/2012 - Passport Pick up

11/22/2012 - POE Atlanta

It depend on what the RFE was about, eg. you may have been ask to submit stuff in relation to a divorce decree, if the evidence is needed with the help of the courts then they will have to investigate that after receiving it from you. I would say give or take 3 weeks to 2 months. It all depends on what the RFe was about and the depth of its importance.

My G325A had a typographical error. I got it on 7/18/2012 and the Vermont service center got my respond on 7/25/2012.

So how long i should wait for the NOA2????

I would say give it a couple weeks dont worry the NOA2 will come for sure. In the mean time get started on putting together your stuff for the NVC stage. After you get that approval you wait like a week then start calling the NVC for your case number and Iv number.

On July 30, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use the processing time information on our website to estimate when this case will be done. Can anyone tell me how long does it take to schedule an interview after NOA2 in Dhaka.

I have all my civil documents including the police verification ready . i wont at least delay sending them all the civil documents
