NVC website shows AOS payment status PAID so i mailed my packet today. how long will it take to process any idea? and when will i be able to pay IV fee?

It's currently taking NVC around a week to review packages once they receive it.

As for your IV fee, has your DS-3032 been accepted yet? No DS-3032 acceptance, no IV invoice.

NVC received DS-3032 today how long does it usually take after they receive to invoice IV fee?

By received, do you mean you mailed it? If so, then it'll probably take NVC around a week to get to it (like with any other package). Then they need to add it to the case file and invoice the IV fee, which takes a few days.
