OK, we were approved Sep 21 from the USCIS ,,but the NVC still has no record of recieving our case...Should I assume it has been lost?..Also,,they are saying that they can not do anything until 90 days have passed,,anyone have any suggestions!! They also say to call the USCIS,,but of course they know nothing and say to call the NVC!!! Finally,,does this delay even more the process at the Embassy in Bogota? I assume yes,,I was hoping for a spring wedding,,but I guess that prospect is now slim......

Your case has not been lost. It is taking 3-5 weeks for cases to reach the NVC. Your best bet is to email them with your case status in the subject line. Chances are, by the time they respond, your case will already have been forwarded to the embassy.
