H2B Visa - Average processing times?

I have a job offer for a job that would require a H2B visa. It is in California and according to the USCIS website processing times, that section will take only a month. But what about the other parts of the process? Does anyone know or have any personal experience?

Hi am here trying to get some information on the h2b visa program... I have sign up for a the h2b visa program form January and I have only get a job offer I have pay up my fees I don't get anymore information about the program can some one help me so I can know my next step please help me...
