NVC Checklist Coverletter- DS 3032 again

Hey guys!

I have got confused; after a week of submitting all the documents to NVC, my husband received the email last night regarding missing DS 3032 from beneficiary. Though I sent them DS 3032 weeks ago by email which they accepted and sent me an email too. My husband sent the ds 3032 by mail too. I dont know what to do? Should I send the DS 3032 again or should i email them to explain? please help

If you were able to pay the IV fee bill of $230, they received and processed your DS3032. If not, then they didn't receive and process it. Call and get it straightened out. If there's a problem with what you sent, they'll be able to tel you what it is.

WHEN YOUR HUSBAND MAILED THEM DS 3032 DID HE PUT BAR CODE ON THE TOP OR ANNOTATED NVC CASE NUMBER ON THE TOP OF THE FORM?

If you were able to pay the IV fee bill of $230, they received and processed your DS3032. If not, then they didn't receive and process it. Call and get it straightened out. If there's a problem with what you sent, they'll be able to tel you what it is.

Yes the fee has been paid and it happened after i got the receipt email from NVC that they have accepted DS 3032......Thank you for the reply

yes u r right he hasn't put the barcode on top...but when they have processed my DS 3032 email and included it in the system why do they need it again. anyhow i guess it should be sent again...Thanks

I would send the DS 3032 again anyway but if the IV fee of $230 was invoiced and payment accepted, any request for it now is an error.
