Is anyone else besides me having a problem with the Electronic Visa Payment Center? I keep trying to get on to pay the IV Fee and the site seems to be down? Should I wait or send in by snail mail?

im having a problem paying my AOS now cz everytime i click the payment fees cant go to the next page. i used diff. browser still not working.

Are you using Internet Explorer to log in? IE is the only browser tested and supported for the payment portal (silly government headbonk.gif).

Also, just to make sure, you're logging into this site, right? https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx
