return payment for IV bill to:

National Visa Center

P.O. Box 790136

St. Louis, MO 63179-0136

if you use USPS express mail it should arrive at St. Louis the day after, i used a USPS money order payable to the "Department of State" , no need to sign, only your name and address and also make sure NVC case number is written on it. Hope this helps!!

yes , only NVC case number along with your name and address, i'm looking at the copy i made of my visa bill the bottom portion (which is what you need to return) and it has a bar code on it with the case number below along with additional numbers, no need to write all this.

Cinthia answered it very well. Send your IV Fee Bill, after you receive the IV Fee Bill from NVC. You can not use shortcut to pay the IV Fee Bill. The fee is $380.00.

There are four of us applying for CR-1/IR-1 thru Manila on VJ who have same IV fee bill generation date of 10/9. I just received my fee bill in the mail today. Will be sent off tomorrow. The info matches the advice previously given. You will need the bottom portion of the bill to include with payment. No shortcuts here. Overall, I'm delighted with our processing progress. Guess I shouldn't be saying that bcoz I may have just jinxed us...hahaha. Still don't have NOA2 for I-129F yet.

ok, thx all 4 d info. yeah, i saw there was no shortcut 4 d iv fee bill. my problem was that i wouldn't b home when it arrived in d mail. i'm a long haul trucker. so what i did was to buy the money order, fill it out, get a usps express mail label and flat mailer, put the address on the label. then, luckily, my mom n dad were driving from pa bak 2 their house in fl, we crossed paths in va yesterday on I-81, had dinner, i gave them the money order and mail label. they will get my iv fee bill out of my mail in fl and send it in 4 me, probably either 2morrow or monday.

yes, we are also pleased with our progress to date, moving much faster than we had anticipated. hopefully the wait time 4 interview in manila won't be too long.

btw, my job as a trucker is the reason we are only doing cr-1 as there is always a chance i will have to go into canada on a moments notice, so we wanted my wife to have her gc already to avoid any problems going in n out of canada.

best of luck to all of you on ur journeys! bernie and sherwin
