rebuttal letter to send USCIS

The interviewr stated that i didnt know much about my wife even the smallest things as the consular officer said after the inerview,plus the age difference and socio ecnomic raised the suspicious during the interview. I want to know what to write in the rebutal letter to rebut that. any advices would be appreciated

I don't think you write it; I believe your wife is supposed to. Have your wife come on here.

A rebuttal letter will do you no good. What you need to do is have your wife the Petitioner get on the phone first thinng monday morning to her senator congress person and have them look into this. You need to be as detailed as possible. They will want to know akl questuons asked your answers were there any red flags you two had. How you responded your demeanor anything that can help them help you. In some cases the case can be held at embassy for a second interview before being sent back. You see thats what you are trying to stop them sending your petition back to USCIS to revoke it.

Also have your wife call embassy immediately and request a second interview. Time is not on your side so you must move very fast. Wish you all the best.
