We filed for a K-1 Visa and received our NOA 1 on 12/23/2011 & NOA 2 on 5/18/2012. We have not received any further notices or our packet 4. Is there any way to check with the Manila embassy as the status of our interview date?

Are you waiting for your Manila Case#? You need to pay the visa fee at any BPI Branch then you can set up the interview date if you have obtained your Manila Case# from NVC. Also a medical exam is required at St. Luke's before your interview.

Yes, we have paid the $340 fee and are waiting for packet 4 to schedule her medical exam.

You should start calling the National Visa Center (NVC) in order to get your MNL case number. Your

MNL case number will allow you to get the ball rolling right away. Here's the Cliff Notes version of what to do after you get your MNL case number:

1. Pay the visa fee at BPI.

2. Make an interview appointment either online or by phone.

3. Preregister for the medical exam and complete the medical.

4. Complete the CFO seminar.

5. Pass the interview.

6. Get a CFO sticker after you receive your visa.

5. Fly away!

Please don't wait around for the Embassy to send their snail mail letter because it either arrives very late or not at all. Besides, you can save a lot of time by reading it right here.

Go for it !

The Consulate does not send Packet 4 for interview. Some applicants receive them but it's the interview preparation packet. You may schedule the interview through online portal or call the Embassy.

Also your post is confusing, first you need to schedule visa interview, now medical exam... anyways, there is no appointments/schedules for medical exam you can walk-in to St. Luke's extension clinic during weekdays. Just bring the NVC email indicating your Manila case number

If you paid $340 for the visa fee, then you paid $100 too much. The visa fee is $240.

Also, don't wait around for packet 4...because there is no packet four. The simple instructions above will guide you to the promised land. ;)

Thankds everyone! I agree that I need to contact the Manila consulate ASAP. Does anyone have the phone number and hours they are open?

It's on their website.
