Letter of intent from my fiance?

Hello friends,

I am preparing to file a K-1 visa for my Cambodian fiance, but I'm a bit confused by one section of the requirements. Form I-129F states that I must:

"Provide original statements from you and your fiance that you plan to marry within 90 days of his or her admission, and copies of any evidence you wish to submit to establish your mutual intent"

What's confusing me is the medium in which they expect her to prepare this letter. Does it have to be handwritten by her or will a printed out signed copy suffice? Does it have to be physically mailed to me? How will they know it's actually her writing it? My thought was that we could submit a copy of her passport to match the signatures.

To complicate things she is not literate enough in English to write it out on her own, so I've found a few translators in Phnom Penh. Is there a special certification they need in order to do this.

Check the example forms here at VJ for letter of intent to marry...She can follow that format...She need to sign it and mail to you coz they require original signature same as G-325a...Both of you need to submit the letter of intent to marry...

You also need passport photos from your fiancee. What my fiance did was send me a letter stating intent to marry within 90 days, typed out, and signed in blue ink. He also sent me the G325 and his photos. All sent to me by EMS.

your fiance need to send you the ff in the mail

a.) letter of intent signed and dated

b.) G325 A filled up signed and dated as well

c.) a passport picture of her
