could somebody post sample interview questions for CR-1 for spouse visa.

Hi there, here are the questions ask when i have an interview in PI:

* Who is petioning you? (My husband/Name)

* Is your husband half Filipino/half American?

* Where did you met?

* How many times he visited you in the Philippines (follow up question was: how many days?)

* When did you met him? when did you last met him? when did you get marry?

* What does your husband do for a living?

* Is your cellphone number (looking on my paper) still active?

* Are you still living here in this address? (looking again on my paper) - my address in the Philippines

* Is this your first time to apply in the U.S.?

* Did you go out outside the Country?

* My full name was asked

* My Birthday

* and my last question was do you have pictures with you? I said YES ma'am, then she said okay, thank you..thats it then she said wait and your number will be called again..was not asked for other documents because we already submitted everything on the NVC Stage...The Pre-screener is so kind.

After 10 minutes...my name was called for the Fingerscanning...booth #33...(The lady there was kind to assist too, my kids are exempted for the fingerscanning...They will ask your Full Name and Your Birthday)..then we were asked to seat down again for our Final Interview with the CO and wishes us Goodluck.

After 10 minutes...(not a very long wait on this)...our # flashes again for our FINAL INTERVIEW:

Before our interview, we raised our RIGHT HAND

FINAL INTERVIEW QUESTIONS:

* Who is petitioning you? (Husband/Name)

* Where did you met him?

* How old are my kids?

* Is my husband single?

* Is my husband living alone?

* What does he do for a living?

* What did you do in abroad?

* When did you met your husband? right after you filed your annulment? or before you met your husband?

* Whats your work in abroad? How many years? Can i have your PCC in abroad?

* What Countries you've been to?

THATS it...and the CO is looking into our papers and his system..and he said CONGRATULATIONS! Your VISA is APPROVED!...

Thank you for reading...I hope this helps...

You should read some timelines around your country. People will post their experiences there. I doubt a lot of people will remember the questions if it was some time ago. What I found mostly though, after the legal questions, are you free to marry ect. finger prints ect. that mostly the interview is more a conversation. Now this could be that the CO who interviewed me had reviewed our petition for over a half of an hour, or because he believed me ( I just have that face ) or that I come from a country that is not high fraud, there are just to many variables to really answer you in a way that is beneficial.

I do remember ( after the interview I figured these were trick questions ) ... at the first window, hours before the interview, I handed in my paperwork, and the lady came back and asked me to spell my (now) husbands middle name. At the time I thought nothing of it, and just spelled it for her, but afterwards, I was like ... she has his birth cert. , why is she asking me ?

The other odd question was more a statement that I corrected him. The interviewing CO said .. So you have duo citizenship .. to which I answered, .. no, I am only a PR, and I offered to find him my PR card.

He did ask me how we met, and about my previous marriage... but even those didnt feel like questions, it really felt like casual conversation.
