Like for example, My fiance's name is Allen Jennings, and the country, I can just only wrote there PHILIPPINE.. the box is not enough what can i do?

Sure you can do that. :)

Hello!

Do I need to send the original copies of all the proof of having met in person and proof of ongoing relationship like ring receipts, plane ticket etc.

Or Do my fiance need to send the original copy of his birth certificate and divorce decree?

How about the payment (check) original or photocopy?

thanks

I am a bit confused as to whether you are married already or not since your user name is Mr.&Mrs. Watters. K-1 is not for married couples.

I only send petitioner BC and I used a personal check and it was cashed with no problems.

Live for today because you never know what tomorrow will bring!

You can print it out and fill it in with pen as long as it is legible, or if filling it out on the computer you can do certain things to make it fit, of course for the country you can use the internationally accepted country abbreviations. Other abbreviations can be used in other slots too as long as they are easily recognizable.

Also you only need the petitioners birth certificate for the original petition, and do not need the beneficiaries birth certificate until the interview at the embassy.

Where is the best location in filing the I 129 packet. I also read articles, that it is easier and has faster service in California? What do you think? Some beneficiary's told me that they got their visa approved after 5 months and some are 7 to 8 months..

From what i know you can't pick where are you going to send your papers. It depends where your fiance is living for example he is living in Georgia/Alabama the documents will be send in Vermont, if he's living in Arizona/Los Angeles it should be sent in California Service Center. From what I read too is that you should send your papers in Dallas, Texas that's what it says on the website of USCIS. The Texas Lockbox will send it out to which Service Centers it is should be delivered. We send our papers to Dallas, Texas and our papers is in Vermont , my fiance lives in Massachusetts that's why.

hi,

my fiance received a notice last june 27 2012 that the petition for I-129F has been approved, were just wondering whats next step should we need to do in order that we can push it all through....

The Petitioner should send this documents to the beneficiary includes W2, Employment Letter, I-134, Income Tax Returns (3 recent tax years), 3 Recent pay stubs and bank statements.

Beneficiary should gather this documents Philippines Passport, Birth Certificate NSO copy, Cenomar NSO (but she should get it like a week before her interview) , Baptismal Certificate, NBI CLearance (she should get it like a week before her interview). And also those proofs of engagement and relationship like pictures, chats, phone bills, stamped passport, boarding passes. PLUS the DS FORMS too : DS 157, DS 156, DS 156K.

You mean, if my fiance will choose to send it through Express mail or courier deliveries, we will address it in Lewisville.

I'm sorry, I didn't noticed that. I just hit the CAPS LOCK button I think?

Thanks again for the reply.

Yes send it to Lewisville if you will send it through fedex, dhl etc.

No worries at all.
