I have my IR-1 interview in London in a couple of weeks. My wife is the USC, but has never lived in the US. We're a bit worried about proving intent to establish domicile,as we don't have a rental agreement. My wife's employer (US) will be continuing to employ her, and will be paying for cost of moving, and apartment rental for the first 12 months, however they will not actually rent anything until we've got confirmed flights, and my visa's been approved. Our home here is provided by my wife's employer too, so we can't even give notice!

We're got a letter from employer that my wife's being transferred, a quote from a moving company, a quote from medical insurance, my wife's W-2, wife's US bank statements, and correspondence with a realtor that specialises in medium-term (6 month +) corporate rentals, proof of tax-returns for last 3 years being filed on time, overseas voters registration form, and proof of naturalisation of children.

The address we put on the DS-230 for where to send the Green Card to, is her employer's address, as we don't know where we will be when it arrives.

Will lack of knowing our future address be a reason to deny due to lack of proof of intention to establish US domicile?

Thanks

A

I only intended to post once, but I got an error message, as I though the first attempt didn't work, so posted again, only to find out that it was posted twice.

Sorry
