where do u go to see whats happening to your case because i went to uscis.gov and typed in case number and i have never seen any update

Dont pay attention to the update of touched. It really has not signifance. It could be passing from one persons desk to another and not even being reviewad all.

Because typing in a case number is useless. You have to log on to your USCIS account and then look at the information.

But touched means nothing and the case status system is not reliable.

you can create a login and username with your case number and they will email you if there's any updates.

Agreed. My NOA2 was granted today, yet I never had any 'touches' at all before this... as the last activity on my account (before today) was the date of my NOA1. I was also concerned previously about them not 'touching' my file... but then they ended up going through it all at once and approving it. So I agree that there is nothing to worry about whether your file is touched or not.
