I have the list of documents to start the K1 visa process from this website. Do any of them need to be notarized?

1. Payment as required by USCIS.

2. Cover Letter (see example).

3. Form I-129F: Petition for Alien Fiance(e)

4. Declaration of how you met in person in the last two years.

5. Original statements (from both the US Citizen and foreign fiance)

6. Proof of having met in past two years.

7. G-325A filled out by the US Citizen signed and dated

8. One passport-type photo (see specification) of the US Citizen.

9. G-325A filled out by the foreign fiance(e) signed and dated

10. One passport-type photo (see specification) of the foreign fiance(e).

11. Copy of the Birth certificate (front and back) for the US Citizen

I just have a quick question, what is the declaration of having met?

-Met in Ghana August 2011

-Went back to Ghana April 2012

-Went back to Ghana December 2012

-Married to the man God created just for me on January 4th, 2013.

-Filed the CR-1 in February 2013

-Petition Transfered from National Benefits Center to Texas Service Center October 2013

-Petition APPROVED January 2014 (*Took 10 Months 19 Calendar Days)

-Case Number/Invoice Identification Number Assigned February 2014 (*Took 33 Calendar Days)

-Approved Interview May 2014

-Arrival May 2014

Now, We are Prayerfully taking everything 1 day at a time. Thanking God for his blessings and grace.

I just have a quick question, what is the declaration of having met?

Where you tell the USCIS that you have met your fiance in the last 2 years. Having met within the last 2 years is one of main requirements for the K-1 visa.
