1.What's OF-167,169,230? OF-169 is DS-2001? OF-167 is I-134? OF-230 is DS-230?

2, I don't need to complete DS-230 part II, do I? Why?

3, What's DSL-1083? A form?

4, I must fill out D-157 and D-158?

Thanks for reply in advance

Please update your timeline and profile so we know for which visa you applied and at which stage you are.

I guess you're dealing with a consulate in China so members from China will be able to help on those questions.

Here is the link to the GUZ consulate's forms and packets page. Review the DoS Nonimmigrant Visa K-1 FAQs to get an idea of the forms that are required. You mention a whole alphabet of unknown or incomplete form numbers, try a google search. Google can be your friend.

:time: You have been asked several times by several people on several threads. :bonk: As has been mentioned to you before, it helps everyone that is trying to assist you understand your current place in the visa process. BTW, your profile information is not your timeline.

You list on your profile, the Texas Service Center. The Texas Service Center doesn't adjudicate I-129F petitions. You sent your I-129F petition to the Dallas Texas lockbox facility. It was then transferred to either the EAC (Vermont Service Center) or the WAC (California Service Center) for processing. You can find out which service center has your petition by finding the three letter prefix on your I-797c receipt. Having the correct service center listed on your timeline will result in you having more meaningful statistics for comparison.

Good luck on your visa journey.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
