Good afternoon everyone! Quick questions here...

My husband and I live together. Mother-in-law (living elsewhere) still has my husband as a dependent children, is going to be the joint sponsor.

So, the I-864 that my husband signed will have the household size 2

Mother-in-law's I-864 will have the household size 3

Then, which family size and income here we should be looking at here?

With the household size 2 or 3?

Hmmm! Another question on behalf of my husband. Have anyone state the school assistance ship as an income? He mentioned that assistance ship can be counted as an income at most of the States besides North Dakota :( It would be nice if we can state that then we wouldn't need mommy... :(

Thank you very much! Help yourself have a have a wonderful day (F)

His I-864 would need to qualify at a household size of 2, and hers would need to qualify for a household of 3, so long as she has no spouse or other dependents that make her household size larger.

What kind of assistance does he receive? Is it federal aid, like a Pell grant, or he gets paid fellowship money?
