Will an undelivered RFE for AOS delay an EAD?

RFE sent to me for AOS was returned as undeliverable by the post office, I've made several calls to USCIS helpline, Changed from my address to P.O Box yet I havent got the notice yet, been more that 30 days.

Does anyone know how what else I can do to get the notice

I also need to know if that will affect the approval of my EAD.

I recall reading someone else here who had the same problem. They made an Infopass appointment, and the agent was able to look up in the file for a copy of the RFE letter and give them a photocopy of it.

Yes it can hold up your EAD as they are linked...... if there is innital evidence missing from you AOS they wont process EAD or AP until they have all innital evidence they need....

To get info on your RFE make an infopass appointment at your local office and request they get it resent... they may be able to tell you what it is for...
