Hi

I am wondering if the military records requirement for the interview also includes "Not Drafted" certificate?

I have not been drafted for military service, do I need to bring any evidence for that?

Thank you

I've wondered the same thing. Been drafted twice but got it postponed due to education, and ended up getting a letter saying I'm exempt from the draft. I plan to just get a letter saying I'm exempt.

I would think though that it goes under "not applicable" since it only asks for military records "if applicable." If you can get a "not drafted" certificate though, i would bring it just in case.

Better yet.. Email them and ask?

Does anyone have more specific information on this? My fiance is Portuguese and has the record card that states he is ineligible to serve. Will this be required?
