What does this email means i called uscis about 2 weeks ago the operator said it can be anything REF to Approval Notice Than she put me on hold for 2 minutes to find out what exactly this message means she told me it is an approval notice on June 11 my congressman contacted USCIS he told me my file is still sitting at an officer desk and they dont have no record of any mail or email sent out to me as of

This talks about a green card or card in production.. if your just now filing for your spouse and they haven't even had the interview at the embassy yet then this is a mistake email.

You need to call USCIS talk to a tier 2 and tell them you don't have your interview at the embassy yet so you don't have any card in production at this time.

When we got our NOA2 we got an email saying that our petition has been approved and we should be getting a letter soon etc... it said nothing about any card in production

This talks about a green card or card in production.. if your just now filing for your spouse and they haven't even had the interview at the embassy yet then this is a mistake email.

You need to call USCIS talk to a tier 2 and tell them you don't have your interview at the embassy yet so you don't have any card in production at this time.

They keep telling me to wait for Notice in mail because USCIS dont keep copies of notices i guess i have to wait for the notice

This isn't your noa2... this is a response to somebody else they mistakenly sent you it looks like...

You may still be in the waiting stage for your NOA2... I'll try to find exactly what our petition approval said and show you...

This is what ours looked like.. our email...

On March 24, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Yours talks of a card/document... unless they changed the wording it looks like they sent you the wrong email and it COULD be that they sent you the canned email response but your approval is done.. just the wrong response.. ive seen that happen too... just keep calling USCIS and get a supervisor if you can They KNOW if your approved or not...

Hopefully its your noa2 just the wrong canned email they sent
