Does anyone know how to interpret this:

Our NOA-1 is dated November 4, and California Center is now working on December 31 already. So, when I inquired, they replied that out petition "is undergoing security checks, and there is no time limit" on that.

What could it mean? Is it just a standard response to any inquiry? Or, is it important, saying that the standard timeline of 90-120 days no longer applies to us??? Awkwardly, the response came at 3:52 AM Californian time. Is it a human or a computer that replies to emails?

Thanks to everyone who can share similar experience or shed some light on this.

Well it sounds like a standard response to me. I went through Nebraska and had to call a couple of time for another reason. The man on the phone made the statement that we were going through security checks. After I hung the phone up I wondered but it was just normal security checks. I wouldn't worry about it sounds to me it is just the normal security checks going on.

Baileyj,

Enourmous thanks for the support! After they gave you this standard response, was your case approved rather quickly?

Cheers

Michael
