So my fiance and I finally got accepted and everything. This date on arriving to the United States is anywhere from July 12th to the 15th.

After we get married, what needs to be done? And how long will everything take after that.

My fiance wants to be able to start working ASAP after we get married.

First getting married then apply for aos and ead and ap.u can go to the aos forum and check the guidelines out there.

She just can start working when she got her ead what takes around 3months after u filed for it.

After they arrive, they should apply for their SSN: http://www.visajourney.com/content/ssn

Once married, they need to file for AOS: http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1k3aos

They cannot work until they receive their EAD or green card. It takes about 2-3 months on average to receive the EAD. It takes about 4-6 months for the green card.

What about college? When can they apply for that?

I want my fiance to be able to get an education since (from what I'm getting) is that it was too expensive for him to go to college in Australia since he was a resident of the country.

it depends on the college.. some accept the EAD card or the I-797 receipt for the AOS some want a green card. it depends on the college. have to check it with them

Be sure to read up on the requirements for the school(s) you're investigating, especially if there are residency requirements to qualify for in-state tuition vs. non-resident.
