As it says on USCIS website:

" An RFE places a hold on the I-485 application, as well as the associated applications filed with the I-485 application (for example, Form I-130, Form I-765, Form I-131), until the NBC receives the missing initial evidence. "

I am not sure if you will get an RFE for lacking of the supplement.

If you do, it won't delay your case for too long, it's a very easy RFE that you can fix right away.

Keep us updated, and Good luck to you.

I have mailed off my AOS package and i forgot to send 131 supplement part 7 :( am i going to received RFE for that? is it going to affect or delay me getting the GC ? or it can only delay the AP card ?

thanks in advance

You won't get an RFE because it was not needed in the first place. That supplement, letter explaining why you qualify, is not needed for someone filing for advance parole at the same time as their I-485 for adjustment of status(or even after, they would just need to include a copy of their NOA receipt from filing AOS)

I agree. For adjustment applicants, the pending I-485 is a sufficient "reason" for applying for the advance parole. Others may have to submit a statement to explain why they qualify for AP, but AP is available for adjusters as a matter of course.

If you are fliing the I-131 with your AOS packet (toegether) how are you supposed to include the NOA from filing the AOS. Are you supposed to submit the I-131 after they have accepted?

Seems off.
