My NOA2 is approved on May 02,2012on May 07 I call NVC and they told me to wait 15 days so I can have a new case munber,I call afther 15 days ans still nothing, now afther one month they have no record of my case......

What else I can do?

Hummmm that's a First! What happens when you check the online status of Uscis with your case number assigned to you at noa1 ?

Send an email to the NVC regarding your situation, include a copy of your NOA2 in attachment of course.
