Help! Where to send 129F packet?

Hi guys! I would like to ask your views on where shall we send our 129f packet? My fiance is confused where to send it but he said he wants to send it to Omaha.. and on my intent i put the address Omaha.. can we send our petition in Omaha, Nebraska? He's from Sioux City, Iowa.

06/07/2012:I-129F received at Texas Lockbox

06/11/2012:NOA1 Notification Email with receipt number (sent to CSC)

Please go back and read the instructions for the I-129F. Pay particular attention to page 5.

It's in the instructions for the I-129f, have you read them?

It says To file form at USCIS Dallas Lockbox facility: in texas.. so we should file it there? but my letter of intent have an address to Omaha Nebraska, is that ok? coz i already send my docs and intent to my fiance in the US and he is about to send it so if i had made a mistake on my intent i need to send him another intent right or the one that has an address to Omaha will be fine? I am stressing over this i am in the Philippines and it will take time to send another one :(

ALL k1 petition/129f packet should me send to Dallas lockbox, and the dallas lockbox will be the one who's going to send it to your service center.

The address you include on your letter of intent doesn't really matter. What does matter -- if you want the petition to be processed in a timely manner -- is where it's sent. So, again, please read all of the instructions and follow them.

The address you include on your letter of intent doesn't really matter. What does matter -- if you want the petition to be processed in a timely manner -- is where it's sent. So, again, please read all of the instructions and follow them.

leftCoastLady Thanks so much for the quick response it is a big relief to me what u just said. I am going to tell my fiance about it. THanks big time!

ALL k1 petition/129f packet should me send to Dallas lockbox, and the dallas lockbox will be the one who's going to send it to your service center.
