Angelbl probably the Court sent you a letter stating your deportation order in absentia. You failed to attend the hearing then the original removal order was entered in absentia. Call the number 1-800-898-7180. It's an automated system, have your A# number when you call,if they say you have a deportation order, and you are married to a U.S. Citizen you qualify for the waivers I-601(unlawful presence) and I-212(deportation).

I checked and Yes, I have a removal order for absentia.

I am going to the interview at RDJ Consulate soon, my case was closed by NVC yesterday.(08/06)

I'm waiting the interview date. I was aprehensive because I've heard there is no waiver to someone that failed a removal hearing...

When was your hearing? When did you leave? When was the removal order?

You want to make sure you aren't a deportation absconder, that's a whole other issue

Good luck
