Im getting everything ready for my interview in Jun 12 but my finacé 2011 taxes were for only 8 months he is short in $250 but he have in savings $ 4000, $ 210.000 in properties, life insurase for $100.000 and a mutual found for $ 4.000 is this enough? or do we have to look for a co-sponsor?

Is he currently working and have proof that he makes enough to support you? They will look at current income also

Welcome to the forum.

It sounds like you have to fill in the numbers and check it out. Here link to the site's Affidavit of Support tips, that may help you characterize the different assets you mention.
