hi all,

i applied for my stepson on november 17 2011. its more than 5 months now still i did not get any letter from uscis. me and my wife are so worried about this. are they gonna deny I-130? i did contact to uscis customer service they told me they will let me know after 15 days. please any one can help me in this matter.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

hi,

i have applied for my wife on august 2011, on 23 may 2012 i get a response for the first time that they need some evidence. you can check processing time ....these days the process is very slow.
