Nah - too soon for that. I'm sure there are people with legitimate reasons to schedule one, but I'm not one of them - yet. If another month passes, then yes - as I'll be having concerns about my driver's license expiring (can't renew it without either my citizenship or renewed GC or otherwise proof of legal residency). For now - the waiting is just a psychological inconvenience and nothing more.

I have to say that making an infopass helps as well when i did not hear from them , so it doesn't hurt you will see your update soon because one day before they have to see your case for infopass, its just a try ......:)and you can cancel it any time...:), and for the other thing they can stamp your passport for one more year if you have a N-400 case....

If you do not mind me asking, what was the reason of your InfoPass/ service request. I just do not want to do an InfoPass, and for them to tell me repeatedly you will be schedule when their is availability and you are in the normal processing time for your office.

My reason were that I didn't know if you guys have sent me a noticed because it has been so long. at that time I have just recently gotten a notice from USPS saying that they were going to stop forwarding mail from my previous address since they just forward for a year. In the letter they have suggest me to notify the sender of my change of address. Another reason was that I wanted to know if my name was clear and if the DO had my case or the NBC. You can use any concern you have at the moment that's why the INFOPASS is update you. At the same time they see I am thinking about the case also they know I am not a Ghost and that I actually exist. I guess that after they see a SR and INFOPASS on file that should spark them to process and work on your case.

Hopefully that doesn't hang you up too much - I think the fact that you corrected the situation and were honest about it should hold some merit. I hope so, anyway, for your sake.
