Hi Guys, I'm here again. I just want to ask if it's okay to call the NVC after 15 days of receiving NOA2 even if it was stated there that we should call after a month. We are just anxious that if we call them too early, more delays will happen to our case. Thank You and God bless.

Yes, call them. The site's K-1 flow chart, suggests calling after two (2) weeks. :blink:

its been almost a month since i have gotten my approval and nvc still havent received my case :crying:

I know how you feel, I am going through the same situation.

Did you send a scanned copy of your NOA2 to "nvcresearch@state.gov"???

If you did and they could not find your case, I would suggest contacting your congressman as they can help you get answers for your case...

If you havent sent an email to "nvcresearch@state.gov", just do so and hopefully they will find your case.
