my fiance had his interview yesterday at new delhi embassy in india and the consular after asking a few questions said, "congratulation, your visa is approved."

2 questions

1) my fiance was only asked to sign 1 form in front of the consular. he thinks it was ds-156k, it might just as easily have been ds-230 part II. he doesnt remember. So do they only make you sign one of those 2 forms? or both? PLEASE HELP!

2) we were not given back anything at all by the consular. some people have said they receive a "welcome to the US" brochure. does this mean anything?

3) i saw some people were told they are approved only to find out a few days later that they were in administrative review. what exactly does this AP mean?

also, my fiance already has a tourist visa (b2). so it will be highly unlikely to end up in AP right?
