who can write the affadavit of bonafide marriage? can my husband's family members do that? like sister? or any friends? or relative?

Anyone with personal knowledge of your marriage can do this. Below is a template I found on-line that you can use for this purpose.

should it be on a stamped paper? or attested or anything? or just a personal letter

You can copy and paste it to microsoft word then print it out. The bottom part of the affidavit titled "affirmation" is so you can have it signed and stamped by a Notary Public.

can affadavit of bonafide marriage only be made by people living in united states?

The instructions on the USCIS website for form I-130 make no specific reference to whether the person has to be living in the US or not, so I would say no they do not have to reside in the US. Also, the affidavit form that I posted above, which is from an immigration attorney, has a line that says "I am a citizen of" so that kind of backs up that they do not have to reside in the US. Just make sure you have all of the other info on that form.

Edited to add: On second look that affidavit form also has a line that says "3. That I am ____ years of age and have resided in the U.S. since _______." So that contradicts what I previously said. But the USCIS website is not specific on this. Safe bet is to only use affidavits from people resideng in the US.
