Just rang them last night, apparently the case was received that day! Yay! :D

The girl was very flat with me there was no other information she could provide and it could take another 20 business days JUST to get a case number!!!! I would call every day but I'm in Ireland and its getting expensive! Do they answer emails or do you have to call?

We're visiting Scotland for a few days this week so that's going hopefully keep my mind busy while we're waiting lol.

Amber,

Congrats on getting it received at NVC...I am still waiting! Tick tock tick tock.

As for calling them, I imagine calling from abroad could get expensive, as I call from Spain too, but I think you should get Skype on your computer. You can call land lines in the States for something like 1cent per minute. You just set up a Skype account and put $10 credit (I thnk thats the minimum and you will probably spend it by time this process is all over!) and then can call for almost free. Hopefully you can do that - I know I couldn't live without it!

Let me know if it works out for you!

Amanda

Heya thanks for that, I put €10 calling credit on there and only spent €.20 on one call so that was great, thank you! Still no case number yet will have to wait til tomorrow to try again!

:ot: Where in Spain are you located? We were looking into doing the Camino before we ship off :)

Also if you have gmail you can call anywhere in the United States for free through your computer, so maybe try doing that?

Thanks for the tip. Do you know how to do this? I tried before when it first came out and I swear I needed a US phone number to register?
