I94 was not stapled to my passport

Hi Guys,

I have a situation here when i came in 2010 after seeing my parents from india through Newark airport.They saw my company A I797 and I94 and stamp my passport but didnt staple the white(I94) card for staying duration.I dont know why and i asked him again why its not stapled.He said its not required.

Now i have changed my company from company A to company B and my company B has the I97 and I94 issued till June 1st 2012.Now my immigration team is saying they need the port of entry I94 white paper to be there then only they can file for extension.Now not sure what to do .

I have only 10 days and not sure whether i can get the I94 replacement card for them.

Can anyone help me here and know what to do.I am pretty much concerned on the situation now.Please help or suggest me what to do.I will try to get this solved.I can try for CBP but reading other peoples response looks like its not going to help.They will just shirk the responsibility.

Please please sugest me if anyone has the information how to deal with it or have encountered similar situation

April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

A stamp on your passport is okay for that (ADMITTED Stamp) To obtain an I-94 you have to file I-102 and it costs $330 and takes at least 2 months to have it so 10-days time is not gonna help.

12/31/2014: Fingerprinted

02/06/2015: In-Line for Interview

04/15/2015: Passed Interview

05/05/2015: Oath letter was sent

05/22/2015: Oath Ceremony
