So if you guys remember my last thread about the difficult interview, I was real worried. Well I called the embassy today to ask when would I get my letter and he said "Well we sent the approval letter on Tuesday, your case has already gone to Consular..." and I said, trying not to scream in joy, "Um I'm sorry approved?" and he said yes.

So I'm waiting for my letter and he said I should get what I think is Packet 3 in about a month :-)

Am I meant to submit more evidence for the final interview itself, by the way?

After the I-130 is approved, you should recieve packet #2 in which you submit both of your Bio's (G325a) along with the petitioners financial affidavit of support (I-864). Once that is approved then you will recieve packet #3. Then you can get excited.

I already submitted the G325a, and apparently in Moscow the affidavit goes with packet 3... I'll recheck
