Hello, I have just found out that I need to send more than just the I-129f in the mail to Dallas. I need a few things from my fiancee to send in the packet. Like her original statement to marry me within 90 days of entry, form G325-A, and a passport-type photo. I was wondering if they would accept these if I got her to email/fax them to me instead of through mail. Any help is appreciated!

Without these components mailed together with I-129f, it is not a complete application and it will be rejected. Just have them mailed to the US citizen, and then follow the guidelines here and then mail your packet.

Thank you. I meant to say that I would mail them all together. I was wanting to know if I could just have her email or fax those specific documents to me, or would I need the original, hand-written copies from her to be mailed to me? I want to make sure nothing in the packet gets rejected, simply because some of the documents were faxed to me rather than mailed to me. I hope I'm making sense.

Here is a nice link describing what you need to get together in order to successfully file I-129f package. http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

As to your question if she can fax/email - no, they want to have original signatures on Letter of Intent as well as on G-325A form. So, yes, she has to mail them to you.

Please don't forget to read the guides on the forum. Now is the time to get it right rather than waiting an extra five months and finding you either have to send a substantial amount of evidence or even be declined for not filing properly

Your I-129F needs your meeting story. Lots of people put this on a supplement page.

You will need G325a biographic forms for both you and your fiancee BOTH of which are signed by you and your fiancee, they must be original signatures

Two letters of intent to marry, one for you, one for your fiancee, again containing original signatures

Passport photographs, proof of nationality for you both and evidence of having met within the required timeframe....
