Hi everyone, so I mailed & filed my concurrent application for I-485, I-130, I-765 and I-131 exactly a month ago and have since received my NOAs for all forms about a week after filing.

I just checked my Case Status now though and saw that my I-130, I-1765 and I-131 are all at Initial Review. My 1-485 Case Status though still shows Acceptance. :s

Is this normal? I had thought I'd be getting my letter for biometrics appointment by now but have not gotten anything after the NOAs. Am I panicking for no reason?

My wife's case was received on March 2, and was in "acceptance" stage until April 9 when it changed to "Testing and interview". On April 9th, they sent us the interview notice. I think it is normal to take that long.

In this case, I would check the times for the local office.

Btw, since I am also trying to check for Processing Times, how do I know which office to put in (California, Nebraska, Texas or Vermont)?

Hi there! Thanks for your reply! When did you guys receive your letter for biometrics appointment though? I'm a little worried that I have not received anything else after the NOAs. :(

Don't stress, don't count days and don't compare your case to others. That will make this process a lot easier.

Nothing is wrong unless they say something is wrong.

You don't say where you are applying from. How backed up your local office is can have a big impact on your timeline.
