Dear All,

An employer in US has recently filed H1B application for me. I need to visit US in order to attend a training in two/three months. Can i apply for US visit visa while h1-b is under process? Will it effect my h1b application in anyway?

Waiting for your prompt kind response.

Thanks & Regards

AOS based on what exactly?

That he'll come to train for a position that already has H1B paperwork filed and spend the time looking for a USC to marry?

No, that he will make a beeline for the office of said future employer and seek an AOS so he does not have to go back home to tell his old boss that he has quit.

How can he AoS?

Anyway yes you can apply for one and is there not a Lawyer involved?
