I'd also suggest looking online for employment with the hospitals located in Albany NY. Such as St Peters Hospital, Albany Medical Center, Albany Memorial Hospital. Each have their own website with job opportunities listed where you need to apply online for the postitions.

You rfirst job in the US will be your hardest. EMployers like they idea that there is someone they can call about your wokr behavior. Consider vounteering while you wait, be prepared to take something much less that your last Nigerian job just to get the US reference.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

It's hard landing that first Job. If you're interesting in working online in the interim you can check out www.odesk.com. You can start your hourly rate on the lower end until you have received good feedback in order to increase your rate. It will take a lot of patience and a great cover letter to get that job, but don't up. It doesn't hurt to try. If you like it, GREAT! If you don't, well at least you tried, GOOD LUCK!!
