Dear VJ members,

Am submitting forms to adjust status from K-1 visa holder/recipient. I have already read the guides, looked at example forms, searched for pertinent threads/posts. Quick Questions re Form I-765:

#1: Question #10 on form asks for Alien Registration Number Of I-94; is there a preference for which number to put here?

#2: Confirmation please for Question #16: is the eligibility supposed to look like: © (9) ( )?

Feb 5, 2012 - Wedding Ceremony!

June 14, 2012 - AOS filed (EAD & AP concurrently filed also); sent via FedEx courier
June 19, 2012 - text notification indicating receipt AOS package
June 25, 2012 - hardcopy AOS, EAD, AP "NOA1"s (I-797C) received
June 29, 2012 - appointment letter for biometrics received (appointment: mid-July)
July 14, 2012 - Biometrics appointment: complete
July 18, 2012 - Case transferred to California Service Center notice received
August 27, 2012 - Combo EAD & AP card received

April 25, 2012 - Permanent Resident card (conditional) received; Yahoo!!! (no interview)

REMOVAL OF CONDITONS
March 28, 2015 - I-751 filed; sent via USPS priority mail, signature upon delivery requested

You can find the A# on your I797C or Notice of Action 1 or 2 that you got during your K1 petition. That will be the number you will use going forward.
