I am living with my US Citizen wife form 1 year , my current status is H1B expiring in Oct 2012. She has filled for my I-130 & after few months I filed my I-485 & have received my Biometric appointment.

Yesterday i have received my I-130 approval saying I'm not eligible to adjust my status but if the petitioning believes that he is eligible for adjustment of status then he should contact the local USCIS office. Where as i have already filed I-485 and have received the Biomatric appointment notice.

Where as i have already filled I-485 few days ago & my wife is a US citizen , please let me know what to do ?

There are many reasons why her I-130 was denied:

1. Your initial evidences are not persuasive to establish a bona-fide relationship.

2. There is something wrong with her I-130 petition.

Therefore your I-485 is probably voided already. You can find out by calling USCIS or making an Infopass appointment.

You can collect more real marriage proofs and re-file everything concurrently after you find out what happened to her petition.

He didn't say the I-130 was denied. He said it was approved.

To the Original Poster: your message is very confusing. Could you type what the letter says?

You need to copy the exact text on the notice you received here so we can try to help figure out what USCIS means.
