Moved from IR-1/CR-1 Process & Procedures to UK regional forum for the following 2 reasons:

1) OP's information and timeline indicate a fiance(e) (K1) visa is being sought, not a spousal visa (CR-1 OR IR-1).

2) OP is at the point in the process where procedures are now country specific.

My petition got approved yesterday. when NVC send case to London embassy. what is the procedure after that?

The petitioner will recieve a letter in the mail with your case number on it (well, we did!). With that, the UK person can book the medical in London. You should read this: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/350185-london-2012-k1s-from-noa2-to-interview-thread/ Everything you will need to know for your next step right up to the interview is in there. Its like an oracle.
