Hey friends,

I paid the AOS fees and my wife has sent DS3032 to NVC and they emailed her that now on wards all the documents will be send to your choice person's address. So, our AOS documents (me + my friend gonna help me as co-sponsor)is almost ready. My questions are:

1. Do I need to wait until AOF form from NVC receive in mail? or I can download the form online and send before get the mail from NVC.

2. My friend who will be co-sponsor for my wife, is living in maryland. Is it possible to send directly AOF as co-sponsor to NVC from him? Do you think it is better to collect my self and send together. Does it make difference if me and my friend send AOF separately to NVC? I know I need to send him cover page given by NVC to address/recognize the case.

Thank you in advance for your help.

You can download the form and fill up. As long as your payment status shows " PAID", you can mail the package to the address what you have on your Cover Sheet.

You package must have Bar Code Cover sheet, otherewise your process might get delay...which you dont want...lol.....

I don't know, your co-sponsor can sent his/her I-864 directly to NVC or not but I would not suggest to do so. Chances of getting RFE is too high as both packages ( one from you and other from co-sponsor)will be delivered to NVC on different time and each package is not complete itself. It might be worth it to wait for 2/3 days to get the package from your friend and send complete documents in a same mail to NVC.....

read all at http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/EZGuideSpouse and refactor your plan. Take the weekend, study, redo, refactor.

Good Luck !
