Do all three recent year tax return have to satisfy the 125% poverty line?

currently, my 2003 tax return is less than 125%poverty line, but my 04 and 05 is over the poverty line.

Will a joint account with my fiancee works?

Does anyone know which Affidavit of Support form they use in Japan

I-134 asks only for last income tax return filed.....not last three, and really only if you are self employed.
