yes you can send the DS-3032 by e-mail following this template,

http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/Email_DS-3032_form

Or you can wait if you want.

I got my case number on Friday, I we gave to the operator our e-mails

and today I got the original forms by e-mail.

so, it was very fast!

Did you give the operator your e-mails adress??

I did the OPTIN -- since I also had a MEP case number (which means "Mexico Electronic Processing", by the way) I don't know if I really needed to opt in, but I figured it wouldn't hurt.

Once you have your Case, Beneficiary and Invoice numbers, you can fill out the electronic DS-261 form to register your agent. You can also pay your AOS (Affidavit of Support) fee online at this point, I believe.

This site can be helpful:

http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/nvc/nvc_1335.html

It can be confusing, but here's one thing to keep in mind: as soon as your AOS bill shows PAID, you can fill out the AOS form. And as soon as your Immigrant Visa bill shows PAID, you can fill out the Immigrant Visa application. They won't give you an "OK" to fill out the forms -- they'll just tell you that the bill is paid, at which point it's on you to go fill out the forms.

MEP? Follow Saylin's EP Wiki at

It's the exact same steps for Canada, this MEP processing.

Good Luck !
