Quick NOA1 Question On Name

On the I-129F form, I dutifully the First Name Middle Name and Last Name.

On the NOA, I noticed that they only used Last Name, First Name.

In Nigeria sometimes the middel name and first name gets mixed up on documents and I woudl prefer that the USCIS folks use the full names as I specified.

Is this a point worth calling them now for or should I wait for future documents just in case this I-797C that is missing the middel name was just a fluke?

Best regards.

No, don't worry about it. Not all of the forms that USCIS makes include the middle name. The last I-797C I had had at least the middle initial, but not the full name.

They are supposedly aware of cultural norms. I know Joseph has a tribal middle name that most of the people there use and is the basis of his nickname. They are very aware of the state of Nigerian documentation or lack there of.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

makes no difference. The visa will be issued in the name as in the passport.
