As that time i put all the trust on him but now i dnt trust him anymore. he doesnt deserve to be lawyer bcos i end up having get all info and told him to do but still some of the error he made and now i am scared because i guess i might get RFF. He also sent form i-864EZ which he doesnt need to send for I-129F (it also inculde w2, bankstatements, paystube everything with first package which is not necessary at this time). Did you know anyone who signed G-325A for behalf of him/her fiance????? i wasted already 5 months just to get info because everythime he asked me to submit this or that form and now i again have to wait wait and wait....although now i dnt trust him so will not follow his instruction but spend $1200 for him to just waste my time!!! feel so foolish.

please reply me and help me!!!!

Good luck to every one!!!

Welcome to the forum.

Since this is a mainly do-it-yourself site, most folks here are able to very credible and successful job of applying and receiving their respective visas without the need of an attorney. The step-by-step K-1 visa guide is an excellent information source, and I would encourage you to carefully review it.

I suspect that the practice of signing other people's signature has been done before, however, I doubt it is an accepted practice. In some legal circles that is called forgery.

Good luck on your visa journey.

The instructions on the G325A clearly state that the form must be signed by the person filing the form. In the worst case you may recieve RFE.

It's so strange hearing things about lawyers' screw ups :bonk: :bonk: :bonk: as they are supposed to be professionals
