Hello,

finally i m in USA ... :)

backk to homee but i messed up with the address i gave them my old home address instead of giving them new one :(

i didnt know that i could change my address at POE :( ummm

anyways i went to my old home and there was a lady i told her if theres any mail comes on my name please give me a call she was like

she will call me now its been 3 weeks since i have been here i didnt get my welcome letter or anything how much more time its going to take

please let me know :(

i m reallyy upset because of this

call into USCIS, get a Tier 2 human, an ISO.

Then ask about returned mail pieces, and give them your new address over the telephone.

Make this call once a week until you have your greencard in your hand.

Same thing happened to us, it took like one month to get welcome letter and greencard because of the different address. We did change the address at the post office, though...so what happened is the mail went back to them, but since our address was changed, the post office notified them of our new address...so they sent it there after it got sent back.

NOA1: 02/14/2011

Request for expedite: 02/24/2011

NOA2-I-130 APPROVED!: 03/16/2011

Interview date: 7/7/2011
