Hi all,

Im submitting my I-130 next week. I have about 240 pics. All pics were taken from March 19th to March 30 while i was in Manila getting married. Unfortunately, I didn't have the good sense to turn the time/date function on my camera to on. Could that be a problem?

My question is how is the best way to send the pics with the I-130? How many do I need to send. They are mostly of the wedding.

Do you have pictures from any other period of time in your relationship? I'm not sure 240 pages of pictures from an 11 day period would be convincing enough, BUT, I'm not a USCIS officer, so IDK what they look for.

USCIS - CSC/LOCAL OFFICE DC

12/5/11: NOA1

4/25/12: Case Transferred to Local Office (DC) for "Additional Processing"

4/27/12: Case Received at Local Office

5/15/12: RFE (daughter's birth cert)

5/15/12: RFE Evidence Sent (never received)

8/10/12: Infopass, evidence handed to officer adjudicating case

8/13/12: NOA2

8/20/12: Case Received

8/31/12: Case #/IIN Received

8/31/12: DS3032 Sent

9/26/12: IV reviewed/accepted

9/26/12: CASE COMPLETE11/27/12: Received Interview Date

01/11/13: Interview in San Salvador

03/15/13: 2nd Interview in SNS due to delayed medical report

3/21/13: Mailed to lockbox

3/22/13: Received at lockbox

9/25/13: APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I dont think you need to send all 240 pictures. I didn't have dates on my pictures i printed about 12 pictures on 3 pages of paper with an explanation under each pic of who is in the picture and when it was taken. My pictures ranged in a 4 year period and not the same vacation but you might be okay. The rest of our pictures i Made an album of about 30 pics that showed our relationship and us with our families for the interview.

I included only 8 photos

2 before wedding

4 Wedding photos

2 after wedding photos

None had date stamps, not a problem! :thumbs:

I put the photos in a plastic sandwich bag and wrote on the back of each photo what was going on, I then stapled it to a piece of paper labeled photos!

when i started my I-130 i did send some pictures of when i was in egypt with my husband before and after we were married and explained each one.

i know later in the process they will ask for request of more eveidence and that is when you hit them hard with the pics like i did...lol

you know if at anytime you have questions you can call USCIS and the call center is very helpful in what you need to do
