Help! I 130 for mother, married on French citizen, other named used?!?

Hi, I'm getting ready to file I-130 for my mother. she is Russian citizen, lives in France and married French citizen. When she got married she didn't change last name, but it seems like in France in official documents like health insurance or id card they put her last name as in her passport + her husband last name right under (looks like that "nom ....nom mariage ....) Please somebody help what should I put in other name used in the form? Should I put her husband last name there or just keep it simple and just use her name as she has in her passport? Because she doesn't have official document about name change accept her marriage certificate where indicated that she got married but still kept her last name.
